- Look at the dates. A page of reviews from years ago says less than a handful from the last few months.
- Look for the car and the glass. A review that names a windshield with a camera, or a back glass with a defroster, tells you more than five stars alone.
- Be wary of reviews that mention a gift or payment for the claim. Florida bars glass shops from offering anything of value for a glass claim, so a company doing that is breaking § 559.920(17).
- Check the profile itself on Google rather than a screenshot on a website, ours included.
